Harvey J. Poorbaugh, editor of the Fidelity Select Fundranker newsletter and website, has been investing in mutual funds for over 30 years, using a variety of advice from others and picking up a lot of knowledge along the way. With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Computer Science, additional study in accounting and finance, and over 30 years experience in computing, he has all the skills that were necessary to design and perfect the Fidelity Select Fundranker system, to program a computer system to crunch the numbers for it, and to develop this website. He has retired from working 8:00 to 5:00 and now devotes his attention to Fidelity Select Fundranker and his personal investments.
